Repeat Prescriptions

You can order repeats using the form. Items will be ready 2 working days after they are ordered. If you order after 5.30pm, please count from the next day.

** Please specify whether you wish to collect the prescription from reception, Rowlands or whether you will ask another pharmacy to collect it. IF IT IS DIFFERENT TO WHERE YOU USUALLY COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS, PLEASE MENTION THIS

Note, we are not able to process requests for 'all items' - you must list each item specifically.

The Prescription line is on 446006 weekdays from 10.30am to 5.30pm

£300000 of taxpayers money is wasted in Bridgwater every year on medicines ordered but not taken. Please only order the items you actually need and help precious NHS resources go further.
